Pastoral Supervision
Free to be yourself
Pastoral Supervision focuses on your working life. It is an intentional time where you have an opportunity to reflect on the joys and challenges, mistakes and fears you experience in your profession, vocation or ministry, but also considers the overlap with your personal life and your spiritual life. Supervision provides support for you in your work in a safe and confidential space.
My desire is that you would feel free to be yourself, to have a place where someone really listens to you and where you don’t feel judged.
I will encourage you to reflect not only on what you are doing, but also on who you are being and becoming along the way. As we explore different perspectives, greater clarity emerges.
We learn not just from experience, but from reflecting on our experiences.
EXPLORE - DISCOVER - ENCOURAGE
Let me introduce myself.....
My name is Carol Parnell.
Over the past 40 years I have worked in a profession that has given me the privilege of interacting, supporting and helping people from many walks of life.
I also have over 30 years experience serving in local church ministry in a variety of roles, currently at Wilton Anglican Church. My passion has always been for connecting with and caring for others.
In 2021 as I considered my future goals, I was challenged to become better equipped to support those in the helping professions, so in 2022 I completed the Graduate Certificate in Professional Pastoral Supervision, through St Marks National Theological Centre.
I am now registered as an associate member of the Australasian Association of Supervision. (AAOS) I participate in regular Professional Development, receive Pastoral Supervision myself on a regular basis, and my practice is insured through Fenton Green & Co.
Side by Side
I would love to connect with you and have the privilege to support you and join you on your journey.
I invite you to contact me to discuss your needs.
